Former Egyptian PM: Expecting a new "jump" ahead for China-Arab strategic partnership

"People-centered" and "rooted in its own culture and civilization", former Egyptian Prime Minister Essam Sharaf says these are key to understanding China's governance, which offers important lessons for developing countries and the Global South.

As 2026 marks 70 years of China-Arab diplomatic ties, he believes the partnership is set for a new "jump".
