McCain meets Dalai Lama in US
Egypt News.Net Saturday 26th July, 2008
The Dalai Lama and Republican presidential candidate, John McCain, have met in Colorado to talk about the grievances of Tibetans.
The meeting concluded with Mr McCain calling for China to address human rights concerns and free Tibetan prisoners.
He said: 'I urge the Chinese leaders to engage in talks and make progress in addressing the just grievances of the Tibetan people.'
Senator McCain had the Dalai Lama at his side when he also asked the Chinese Government to release Tibetan political prisoners and account for the Tibetans who disappeared after protests in March.
The exiled Tibetan leader praised Senator McCain for what he called a genuine concern for human rights and democracy.
Mr McCain, mindful of US foreign policy concerns later said he did not consider the Dalai Lama's words to be an endorsement.

McCain meets Dalai Lama in US
Mc Cain can’t even pin point where Tibet is on the world map, so what does he know about china tibetan issue.
The meeting is to get votes for the coming presidential election. Dalai Lama has a sizable following in the US due to consistant media promotion for whatever reason. These naive voters will propel Dalai Lama into the farcical US politics.

The King maker will return
When Dalai Lama become the king maker in the US politics, he should be welcome back to China at least for this exceptional feats of taming the last runaway superpower.

It is easy to pay lip service to share happiness to all. People have diff needs at diff time. Responsible government have to take care of the basic needs of their citizen, then proceed to give them security, spiritual needs and so on. Chinese are doing these with such success that some selfish type even feel threathen. Don’t you see chinese are sharing their properity with their taiwanese compatriot now. Don’t you feel happy for them?

Cowards love to stay anonymous.
I am 100 percent with McCain when he highlights China’s brutal repression of the Tibetan people. Chinese are the Nazis of this century.

Make it clear
Chinese Media Propaganda? What about CNN, the American Media Propaganda during this year’s Tibetean Violence report? I do not think you know the truth in Tibet. You can take a look at another spiritual leader in Tibet, Ban Chan Lama, who is a real leader caring about its deciples' life and freedom. The central government treat him with nothing but respect. (Come on! It doesn’t need big money to raise a religious leader for Chinese government,so why we wanna do killing all the time only for their religious belief?) What I can see in Tibet is that people’s income is increasing and life better-off. The most important thing is they are treated as human beings not slaves under Dalai’s ruling. The problem for Dalai is that he seeks political support around world in efforts to restore his “happy times” in Tibet. If he is a real spiritual leader full of love and compassion. Why he does not blame the US government for the Iraqi War in which both sides lost many lives. Think about it. He is a politician! And the foreign government is pleased to finance and use him to be against China especiall on human rights issues. A pathetic tool!
I can recall what his agent said during the talk with Chinese government this year.“He(Dalai) has nothing to do with the riot,he does not even konw its happening”. Coward! “His men” were there beating ordinary tibetean citizens and puting fire on houses. And do you think he does not really know that is coming?
We ordinay people in China, like else where, love peace, but when getting hurt,we won’t be afraid of fighting anyone in this world only for justice!

A desperate politician met a desperate monk.

Dalia
What can turn a monk into a self cherishing grasping sentient being?
What happened to a man who studied the Teachings Of Lord Buddha and had every opportunity to shine as a true personification of an enlightened being?
Why would he turn on his own, as a wild animal will turn on the hand that feeds it?
How could someone whom, I met four decades ago, become someone I have never met?
Which delectable aspect of Samsara, did he taste, that left his thirst unquenchable?
When I met Dalia, he stood as one of us without any guards or pretenses.
We greeted and nodded our foreheads together as brothers.
How much film footage did it take to turn his head in admiration of his own images being reflected back to him to convince him of his own self importance to bend the world to his own will?
It seemed to begin when he realized that so many people coming to his remote home in exile made him conscious that eventually everyone would realize that Buddhas do not kill Buddhas.
He began to see with all the admiration he was receiving from us, the western people would not last long, if he was discovered to have come to power the same way every other politician came to power.
By stepping on someone else.
How could people admire someone, who killed a Wisdom Buddha?
So this story of his previous treacheries had to, “Be Squashed !
Otherwise, he would be, just as he now portrays himself, an ordinary politician or a Civil Servant Buddha.
Even the Holiest and greatest living human being can be drowning in Absolute Power
His father was known to be a cruel and harsh man.
They say that a walnut does not fall far from the tree, and like it or not.
We are the seeds and images of our own parents.
His brother, Thupten Norbu began to exhibit the same character altercations as the Dalia does now.
Gruff and stuck in his ways.
Less inclined to be easy with others and harsh with his actions towards others.
Easily inclined to believe the gossip or lies of others.
Pushing him into an ever more reclusive posture and suspicious of others intentions.
The Dalia is sick with his own self cherishing, hopes to achieve some sort of immortal status.
Too much worldly admirations has diluted the host of the Dalia’s being, and made him very ill.
Pride has made him a patient in the hospital of Lord Buddha.
What is the antidote for pride?
Whatever it is?
It is what, we are administering to him now.

Dalai Lama
dear chinese student, I wonder if you know what has really been happening to the Tibetan people since the takeover , nearly 1 million dead, nuns and monks, raped and tortured because of their religion, and still during this time Chinese troops shoot Tibetans when they try to escape to India( last year caught on film by Euopeans)Why do they kill innocent Tibetan people if they are supposed to be part of China?? so perhaps you should not believe what the Chinese Media Propaganda says!!! I really hope some day you will have the chance to see and hear the Dalai Lama in person.. Peace..
