Crocs in the market for a new look

The Crocs shoe company, which is known for its quirky, colourful shoes, is in a meltdown.

The novelty of its brightly-colored, lightweight shoes has largely waned.

Shares since January in the plastic shoe-maker have gone down 87 percent for a company which has seen slowing sales.

The company's meteoric rise has dampened by a list of concerns, from sharp decreases in world demand to eroding profit margins and fat inventory levels.
